update npm group-multiple test for Node.js 24

Update smoke-npm-group-multiple.yaml test for Node.js 24.

Relates to dependabot/dependabot-core#13576 change and should be merged right after.

This is my first time contributing to this repository, so just wanted to share what was done:

1. Build local npm updater image dependabot-manual-build/updater-npm:latest from development branch
2. Download npm-group-multiple cache using scripts/download-cache.sh
3. Update smoke-npm-group-multiple.yaml test by running:

   dependbot test \
   -f tests/smoke-npm-group-multiple.yaml \
   -o tests/smoke-npm-group-multiple.yaml \
   --cache=cache \
   --updater image=dependabot-manual-build/updater-npm:latest
