Bump nodejs version to 24

What are you trying to accomplish?

Upgrade Node.js version from 22 to 24.

Node.js 24 entered active LTS this October - https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases#release-schedule.

Thanks @yeikel, my initial thought was that https://github.com/dependabot/smoke-tests should get an update after merging this PR. I will work on fixing failing smoke tests 👍
