Otherwise, the templates are created in the abandonned brig folders. This is probably a missing step of migrating email templating to wire-subsystems.

Update the email templates to the latest released version.
The
partialsfolders are new. They contain snippets to be rendered and included into bigger templates. This is required to create lists of certificates for the IdP change emails (a new template on its own).I've cherry-picked 7a268d9 because I didn't want to wait too long for the CI ... This commit should neutralize itself once the PR (#4878) is merged.
And, I had to move the script and version file to
