This contains a couple of fixes Ayaan had made to the docker stack years ago but mostly introduces the changes Yemi has created to expose codeworkout's exercises in the format of the SPLICE catalog. We've been using staging for testing, but we ought to get this in and grab exercises from production as we introduce it more publicly

- Changed test db to use mysql2
- Removed squeel from Gemfile, need to remove any usages
and asset precompilation which got overridden by bin/update
for complex where queries, because rails is not inferring
table names correctly.

link is redundant.

 remove collection and update urls
updating keywords as array and split exercise name phrases into words
