fix(extensions/markdown): Actually call text extension's parseMarkdown and renderMarkdown methods

This removes the inline processing of text nodes during markdown parsing and rendering, so that the text extension's parseMarkdown and renderMarkdown methods are now actually called, and can be overridden if desired.
