Revise Data Recovery guide with updates

Updated the Data Recovery guide and included updated keywords, re-organized instructions and summarized parts of the original article.

Great job removing some of the verbose wording and adjectives. Formatting should remain as consistent across articles as possible. Numbering steps may be a better protocol because it helps people refer to instructions when they are stuck.
I recommend moving the additional backup tools and enterprise tools to the bottom as an after thought so it doesn't break up the instructions.
