Description:
This PR adds automatic retry functionality for datetime search queries to resolve cache race conditions. When an index is not found during a datetime search, the system will automatically retry the query up to 3 times. It retries on NotFoundError/ConnectionError (database connectivity issues). Configuration is available through the
STAC_SEARCH_MAX_RETRIESenv var, allowing adjustment of retry attempts between 1 and 10.PR Checklist:
