The production version is only available as deb package so provide build instrcutions for Fedora.

Currently our plan for non-Debian-based linux systems is AppImage. You can try out the Beta test of that package here: https://community.signalusers.org/t/beta-test-the-signal-desktop-linux-appimage/73330 I'm going to close this. |

Tested on Fedora 43.
It helps for issues #7282 and #7351
