Add --context flag to kubectl command

Allows running kubectl commands in a different cluster without switching the current context via rancher context switch. Using --context is optional, so it doesn't break existing workflows.

Example of how to use: rancher kubectl --context c-xxxxx get nodes (local works as cluster ID too).
