Main changes

• Base image update from Debian 12 bookworm to 13 Trixie.
• WiFi profiles
  • coverage (former WiFi configuration), 802.11n on 2.4Ghz.
  • perf, new, default WiFi configiration. 802.11ac on 5Ghz (Pi3B defaults to and can only use coverage).
• Admin UI service allowing:
  • Access to other admin-related services (clock, metrics, file-manager admin, zim-manager)
  • WiFi profile switch
  • WiFi protection setup (open or passphrase)
  • SSH enabling/disabling.
• Most OCI images have seen their base image (alpine) updated.

Main changes

This release is required by offspot/imager-service#483 which had all our images expired (and thus deleted) before we published a new release.

Minor changes to captive-portal wording and a mul language exclusion fix for the dashboard.

Lots of UI improvements to imager-service.

Hotspot version (visible in Dashboard –> About) now aligned with this one.
