- Fix toctree reference error: Changed '15_OA_Protocols.md' to '15_QA_Protocols' in _toc.yml - Fix heading hierarchy in 15_QA_Protocols.md: Changed H2 to H1 for main title and adjusted subheadings - Minor formatting improvements in 14_how_to_contribute.md Resolves Sphinx build warnings: - 'toctree contains reference to nonexisting document' - 'document isn't included in any toctree' - 'Document headings start at H2, not H1' Build now succeeds with no warnings.
Fixes numfocus#242 - Improved clarity of confusing sentence about speaker recruitment - Changed 'If your system is to have speakers come to you & ask, but research shows they tend not to do so, they won't come.' - To: 'If you rely on speakers to approach you directly, research shows that many qualified speakers (especially from underrepresented groups) are unlikely to self-nominate, so you'll miss out on diverse talent.' - Makes the meaning clearer and explains the diversity impact
