Hello KO team, this PR adds support for JSON output on
ko buildand flags to also enable structured logs via slog.JSON output is particularly useful in GitHub Actions to parse the result of the build.
The structured logging always changes the default logger to use slog TextHandler. In a way, that is a breaking change.
