hi there, I'm Julien! 👋🏻

Hi, I'm Julien Barrier. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at ICFO - The Institute of Photonic Sciences in Barcelona, Spain. My research involves quantum transport in graphene heterostructures, combined with mid-IR and THz excitations. In 2026, I will lead the Low-Dimensional Electronics research group at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research.

My github profile includes projects I am working on as part of my academic career, involving physics and lab tasks automation.
