feat: add "Load more" button to paginator for better well-being

resolve #3291

This is a WIP and PoC implementation. I've put "Load more" button at the end of timeline. Clicking the button loads the next single page.

Remaining tasks

• Add a new preference in the well-being section, as written in the original issue Wellbeing option to add "Load More" button or turn off infinite scrolling #3291
• Allow showing the first page without clicking it
• Fix issue where each load showing weird spacing between the button and the end edge of the timeline.
