This PR adds Debian 13 (trixie) support to the role by switching the Debian-family repository management to the modern
deb822_repositorymodule and eliminating legacy patterns that no longer work on Debian 13.It keeps backward compatibility for Debian ≤12 and Ubuntu releases while cleaning up deprecated repo definitions and ensuring idempotent channel switching (stable/edge).
