on El Capitan it appears it isn't possible to add a rule to a non-existing anchor. but binding to the main ruleset works fine.

Port translation stopped working for me after my latest reboot. This fixed the issue. Thanks! 👍 |

Build is failing due to missing dependencies.
I currently can't test this on Yosemite or any other version.
