Requires adobe/da-nx#121 to be merged before this.
When in a site root, if there is a
.da/translationfile with alanguagessheet, it will parse the locales out of that sheet and then skip all of those folders in the site root. It will also skip thelangmasterfolder.As of right now there is no mechanism to turn this on/off.
