Fixxed Spelling mistake...
Added translation for "explore_plans"
Update auth.php
Update client.php
It didnt make much sense the other way
Added translation for "apply"
Added Translation for "personal_details" & "personal_details_desc"
Fixxed translations for "Suspend" and "Suspended" to make sense
Added missing translations.

Hi,
installing my own WemX instance, i noticed a few German translations either being wrong or not making sense or missing completely.
I added them here and thats why i made this PR.
