Update Supera dependency of sbncode (to remove X-ARAPUCA products)

Description

Update Supera dependency of sbncode to remove X-ARAPUCA products from SBND Super configurations. Without this change the planned Fall production (which will remove X-ARAPUCA products) will experience crashes as the Supera stage.
