This frontend PR is not related to any backend PR.

Main changes explained:

• Update file ActivityList.jsx to include the dropdown for type field
• Update file ActivityList.module.css to implement the dropdown styles

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to /communityportal/Activities
6. verify dropdown/select feature of the "Type" field works accordingly
7. verify this new feature works in dark mode
