This frontend PR is related to PR #4368

Main changes explained:

• Updated file InteractiveMap.jsx
• Updated file InteractiveMap.module.css

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ Reports -> Total Construction Report -> Global Distribution and Project Status
6. verify the date filter is named as 'Date Range: '
7. In dark mode, verify that the date placeholder has same colour as the page background and that the calendar is clearly visible in dark mode

Note:

No new functionalities have been added. Only the mentioned details about the date range and calendar in dark mode compatibility have been fixed.
