Added ngwpc-candidate and ngwpc-release to the trigger branches for both push and pull_request events in the GitHub Actions workflow.
Added ngwpc-candidate and ngwpc-release to the trigger branches for both push and pull_request events in the GitHub Actions workflow. This enables CI/CD automation for these new branch types
