Improved overall behavior of this form:

• Disable the save button if the form is invalid.
• Force selection of the container combo, improve type ahead behavior by allowing more lenient matches.
• Logic for the delete button was inverted.
• Switch from the combo select to change event to address the client ticket scenario.
• Miscellaneous clean up of javascript code.
