Very nice! It was indeed a piece of "hidden DF knowledge" how these custom HTML types could be used in toHtml() :)
Just some small formatting/grammatical remarks, otherwise great!

I miss a tiny explanation of why you'd want to do this as a user. When is this useful?

Useful if you want to apply the same rendering to different dataframes.
Hope it conveys the idea somehow. Don't know how to say it better

I moved Render.kt to samples, but saving samples requires changes in kandy utilties.
For now only code snippets + text docs
