General data setup

1. Create a project
   • Only super users have the ability to create projects. Once assigned the ADMIN role of a project (by a super user) one is able to perform all operations described below.
   • All projects contain a DEFAULT context. All entities imported into the project without an explicitly specified context will be assigned to the DEFAULT context
   • To add more contexts to the project use the Project context endpoints
2. Create at least a source using the Source endpoints
3. Add entities associated with the source using the Data import endpoint
4. Add additional users to the project using the Project user management endpoints
   • Only the project ADMIN will be able to perform this operation. The target users will have to exist in the platform.
   • If the target users do not exist in the platform, the ADMIN can create / add them using the Platform User Management endpoints
