What does this PR do?

Includes Roch's Orchestrion Changes, should wait to review / merge until the orchestrion changes are merged in this PR #6877!

Summary of Changes:

• added assertion helper that allows for asserting type matching for assertObjectContains (useful for asserting error tags since stacktrace / error message is difficult to get exact values)
• added new registerOperation to TracingPlugin that takes a channel name as input, and allows for channels registered via the function to use the plugin classes bindStart and other event based methods.
• added abstraction layer for plugin tests. The abstraction handles withVersions setup, mock agent setup, tracer initialization, and mock agent closing. Allows plugin test files to be simpler, less to generate for an AI Agent.
• updates cache / messaging / database plugins to use the same startSpan signature as all other plugins. Maintains reverse compatibility for existing signature usages for these plugin classes.
