New registrations link throws error

3. Throws an error

Problem is that the field registration_date is not updated. For IKSNR 69870 update in August 2025 we have it set as 025-08-28. But for the recently modified 60838 it shows the original date 2010-07-23

But I cannot find 60838 in the Packungen_latest.xlsx! Nor in the 'data/xml/AipsDownload_latest.xml'

In the Packungen-latest I cannot find any IKSNR which has a registrtation date of 09.2025. Latest one is
69870 | 01 | Progestan Luteal, Weichkapseln zur vaginalen Anwendung | Vifor (International) Inc. | Synthetika | 07.08.3. | G03DA04 | 28.08.2025 | 28.08.2025 | 27.08.2030

But still. the URL https://ch.oddb.org/de/mobile/recent_registrations/ should return a empty list and not throw an error.
