Should IEEE 754-2019 be referred to instead of IEEE 754-2008

In the note below https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf12-concepts/#xsd-datatypes IEEE 754-2008 is referenced. There is an updated IEEE 754-2019 which "It is a minor revision of the previous version, incorporating mainly clarifications, defect fixes and new recommended operations." [1]

The informational note, is about xsd:double, which references IEEE-754-2008,
and https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions-31/, which also references IEEE-754-2008.

I think this can handled in the maintenance phase if and when those two W3C specs update to IEEE 754-2019.
