Table: Left border toggle affects only topmost cell in multi-row selection

Description

When selecting multiple rows in a table and toggling the left border on or off, only the topmost cell has its left border updated.

This is a confirmed bug in Plate 52.0.8. The root cause is in the setSelectedCellsBorder function, which only toggles the left border for cells whose column index matches the minimum column in the selection bounding box. In a multi-row selection of a single column, this means only the topmost cell's left border is toggled, not all selected cells as expected. The logic currently checks for the absolute first column and otherwise adjusts the right border of the adjacent cell, which doesn't cover all cases for multi-row selections.

To fix this, update the left border logic in setSelectedCellsBorder so it always applies the left border to every selected cell along the left edge of the selection (where col === minCol), not just the topmost one. This will ensure toggling the left border affects all selected cells in a multi-row selection, not just the first.
