Question to release

What about a new release or a release of the Perl part?

This is related to a situation that I am resolving.

1. We have the Fedora package perl-TestML, which is pkg-perl5-0.54_05.tar.gz
2. Perl Inline module bundle TestML, which is probably a development version (similar to this master branch).
3. In Fedora perl-Inline package was built without bundling, but in the last upgrade, I changed to the bundled version back, because I don't know how to resolve it. (https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/mspacek/rpms/perl-Inline/c/804faa65a2dd262bcb2cf494b7d5e040494a7435)

This is not fine from my side. The duplication of code, etc.

Do you need some help?
