Floppy Disk Icon (to Represent "Save")

Any chance of adding a floppy disk icon?

@ndri, I have not used Sidekickicons. I'm currently working in an Elixir Phoenix LiveView App that already has Heroicons included.

• Are there any pros or cons with adding in Sidekickicons to my project for this one icon?
• I'm leaning towards opening an MR to see if the team will approve adding the icon to Heroicons, because I'd rather not worry about yet another dependency. 🤔

There is no liveview package for Sidekickicons as far as I'm aware. They are on Iconify if that helps.

I'm not sure how the liveview package you're using works, but you can always download the SVG and use that in your code directly. If necessary, turn it into a component that behaves similarly to your Heroicons package.

Heroicons maintainers aren't accepting new icon designs, which is why I made Sidekickicons.

I'm all for this. Can we create an MR with the icons similar to these?

I responded to the original open discussion (from 2020) asking if @jacorachan made the MR he discussed. Even if the "angle" on the disc is wrong it doesn't matter that much to me. I would prefer to have a "save icon" that is mostly there than not have one at all.

If we don't hear anything else about this in a few weeks, I'll create an MR and hopefully that'll get some feedback from the team. 🤷‍♂️
