Colour buttons are unchanged by dark mode toggle

On the toolbar, if you change to dark mode the colour buttons immediately to the right do not change, but when they are clicked they change.

Your screenshot is from the activity when run using older source code than the master branch. Please upgrade and try again, so that you can see the colour buttons.
