Expand unit tests

There are some basic tests in there already, but we need to expand them to cover:

* Generated files having the correct contents
* The gulp build creating files in `dist/`
* Those files having the correct contents
* `gulp serve`
* `gulp deploy`
* Built files being valid (including mf2)
