Official support for linux/arm64 images in DockerHub

More projects are moving to ARM based images to save on cost and resources. It would be great if Prism officially supported a ARM64 native Docker image.

Context

Publish a linux/arm64 variant of Prism to DockerHub, along with the linux/amd64 image.

Current Behavior

Only a linux/amd64 image is available on DockerHub.

I couldn't find the actual CICD configuration for prism's official Docker images, but this could be helpful as an example.
