Clarify compatible MacOS versions in Quickstart #339

Hello, all. I was reading the Quickstart for Linux and MacOS X page in the docs, and it's not immediately clear which MacOS versions can support SPIRE. The title at the top of the page states "MacOS X", but it's unclear whether that refers to OS X (which is about a decade out of date) or the later versions of macOS (Sierra/10.12 and higher). The 'prerequisites' bullet only specifies "macOS environment". Is SPIRE truly compatible with all macOS and OS X versions? Or are there limitations here? Thank you!
