Question about Foil & Mask for a pokedex

First of all: WOOOOW !! 😯
This is exactly the kind of effect I've been looking for.
I'm creating a pokedex (https://qwik-pokedex.vercel.app) and I would like to have the holo effect in the whole background.
Any idea where I can find, or how I can create, the foil & mask images you're using but without the "holes" specific to the card ? Espacially this type: https://poke-holo.b-cdn.net/foils/swsh12/masks/upscaled/116_foil_holo_reverse_2x.webp

I saw in other discussion you mentioned malie.io & https://pkmncards.com/, but I couldn't find them.
