I would like to use McPAS-TCR for annotation, but how can I refresh it to anndata format, I noticed you are doing this two days ago? how there are some tutorial?

Hi,

collaboration partners of ours built iggyTop, a metadatabase with various reference databases, including McPAS-TCR. We are working on making it compatible with scirpy, but it is not ready yet.

In the meanwhile, you can use iedb/vdjdb, which are included in scirpy.datasets, or build an AnnData object of McPAS yourself, following the data loading tutorial.
