Usually general indicator colors are aggressive:
https://daisyui.com/components/alert/#info-color
But for alerts, there’s a possibility to use the
softstyle, and it looks nice.https://daisyui.com/components/alert/#alert-soft-style
Sadly, there’s no the same style for tooltips:
https://daisyui.com/components/tooltip/#warning-color
Use case:
When I have an active button with the
warningorinfostyle I’d like to have the same style for the tooltip as it’s implemented now; it’s fine. But when the button is disabled I still want to display a tooltip. I want to have the
softstyle to make it more consistent with the disabledgraystyle to improve UI.Example:
https://play.tailwindcss.com/BkEkN5ejz4
In this example, I changed only the background, not the text color, because there are no same styles as for alerts. I didn’t spend time on this. Anyway, I believe the main idea is clear.
PS:
As a side note, in my example, the
disabledbackground is slightly changed depending on the button style. If it’s info then the button is more gray-blue; if it's a warning, gray-yellow. It’s another idea that could be implemented as well.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
