Refile agenda entries

I haven't fully understood in your guide how to refile an agenda entry.

any meeting will be filed in agenda.org under the Future header (and will be refiled later, during agenda review)

I can only refile to the project.org file following your configuration. What is the intended way to organize the angenda?

There is a line:

(setq org-refile-targets
      '(("projects.org" :regexp . "\\(?:\\(?:Note\\|Task\\)s\\)")))

that specifies where you can refile. If you want to move things in another file, just add it here (and you can have a look a the org-refile-targets documentation)

I know it is possible but I am trying to understand the way you intended to do it or GTD. Did you intend to refile your meetings in your project files and the agenda.org is only for reoccurring event?

I modified later (in version 4) where I've mostly a file for meetings and another one for notes.
