Here was added composer option '--minimal-changes' as persistent:
#34218
As a result some indirect dependencies will be skipped on update.

This is command from renovate run:

But it miss some indirect dependencies I want to update too:

  - Upgrading symfony/twig-bridge (v7.3.2 => v7.3.3)
  - Upgrading symfony/stimulus-bundle (v2.29.2 => v2.30.0)
  - Upgrading symfony/intl (v7.3.2 => v7.3.3)
  - Upgrading symfony/process (v7.3.0 => v7.3.3)

Is it possible to make --minimal-changes option configurable to update all affected indirect dependecies?

when lockfileMaintenace is run this option is also added and this also does NO UPDATES AT ALL!! which is the absolute opposite of lockFileMaintenance! Please Fix this asap.
There was the possibility to set the ENV variable COMPOSER_MINIMAL_CHANGES=1 when you want to use that feature. but even if I put COMPOSER_MINIMAL_CHANGES=0 then this still does not work as passing the parameter has higher precedence as the ENV variable. maybe It would be better to undo the changes from #34147 and when you want the use the feature please use the ENV Variable.

I'm using Mend hosted version, I wonder if this fix if applied will be ported there?
