Xcode 26.2 compatible release #8807

Problem
Heya, Xcode 26.1 was released a while ago with Swift 6.2.1 (6.2.1.4.8) support. Xcode 26.2 RC is available with Swift 6.2 (6.2.3.3.20) support.
I think there's a PR open (actions/runner-images#13391) to update the GH Runners to support the RC. Any chance a release can be made for Xcode 26.2?
