No metadata + No upgradable extensions

• What is the current behavior and expected behavior?

I am having this situation with Polkadot.js.org and Ledger:

If I attempt to sign a transaction the extension objects with:

"No metadata found for this chain. You must upload the metadata to the extension in order to use Ledger."

When I attempt to update metadata using apps/settings/metadata app reports:

"No upgradable extensions"

• Version: extension 0.56.1(no update seems to be available)

• Environment:

  • Node.js
  • Browser
  • Other (limited support for other environments)

I am using Brave browser on Ubuntu Linux,

By the way, I was attempting to submit a transaction in Polkadot relay chain.
