The app disappeared from the Play Store, can we return it back

The app is [no longer in the Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uploadedlobster.PwdHash), making it hard / impossible to use with sideloaded apps or 3p app stores disabled. Are there any chances of getting this back into the Play Store?
