I'm trying to figure out how this app works, and I still haven't figured out where the hotkey settings are. There's a View menu in the main window:
Show Clips Panel Only
Paste Menu CTRL+M
Quick Paste Window CTRL+P
[ Options… ]
Swap Panels Layout CTRL+P
Show Simplified Layout
Show Navbar Items Hover
Hide Collections Navbar
Show Collections Name
Show Disabled Collections
Show Always on Top
Show History Panel Only
Show Clips Panel Only
Show Both Panels
Enable Auto Start
Color Theme
Increase UI Font Size +
Decrease UI Font Size –

That is, it seems there's no way to access the hotkey settings through the menu. Through the help menu, I accessed the PasteBar Settings screen, which had the following tabs: Clipboard History Settings, Manage Collections, User Preferences, Backup and Restore, and Security. That is, it was not possible to find hot keys here either.
All that was needed was to understand which key combination would call up a list of copied fragments for quick pasting. In this app, it's called the History Panel, and I was able to configure the app window to display only that. However, I couldn't resize it to less than 720 × 640 pixels, nor could I configure the list items to be more compact (ideally, in a single-line format).
