The current hover effect on the header/navbar elements gives a blue highlight, which does not match the overall design of the user interface. This inconsistency disrupts the seamless aesthetic of the application, making the hover effect look out of place.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the website/application.
Hover over any element in the header/navbar section.
Observe the blue highlight effect during hover.

Expected Behavior:
The hover effect should align with the UI theme, using a consistent color scheme and style to maintain the application's visual appeal.
