Suggestion: Native Windows Support #15

Hello there. This isn't a issue, but it seems to be the only place available on Github to share my suggestion/desire. I was wondering what would be necessary in order to create a build for Windows without Devkit, I mean using the native win32 api. In the case of using the native api won't we gain speed? I'm really not sure about that. Anyways I've used your gem on Linux and it is great! Thank You for your work.
