Not sure if this is a bug but the streams audio is monitored even if I turn that off on mac.

Before I report an issue, is this supposed to be the case? Can I disable it?
I'm on a mac. I want to silence all audio to the monitoring device (my headphones). Then put a monitoring filter in before the delay. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to silence the audio. Even with Monitoring off in the advanced audio properties it still comes through.

OBS Studio does not have an audio monitoring filter. This sounds like an issue with a plugin.
