Re-add the ability to pull older images #29
Description
The docker images used to include tags for all the previous releases which were extremely useful if you run into a problem with a new version, or are rebuilding a server that crashed and you need a specific release for your license. Can we please go back to adding releases on docker hub? Just ran into a problem with clickhouse and need to roll back, but discovered that the previous releases were no longer available.
