Ways to submit feedback

How would you want to submit your feedback? Intercom? Email? Discord bots?

We would love your feedback on how to gather feedback (see what we did here 🤯 ). We are always looking to improve the ways we work and it is time that we make it easier for our community to submit feedback.

Comment with your take - what would work best for you?

Context:

As a community-first company, it is most important for us to be able to capture valuable feedback so we can build the things our community wants.

DoD / Acceptance Criteria:

The solution would have to allow a streamlined feedback pipeline that will allow us to consolidate feedback into a roadmap.

Localization:

At the moment we are looking to gather feedback in English.

There are a couple of things I would like to suggest. Currently, the contact us link on the website links to the discord. It would be better if it redirects to a contact page where multiple points of contact are mentioned like discord, email, Twitter, and GitHub issues.

I feel you're more likely to receive feedback on discord from active developers on discord and open source.
Corporate/Enterprise companies would prefer Email as a form of communication for feedback/help over discord.
Twitter is also a viable source of feedback.
Most of the community feedback will be gathered from the discord, but for other users(Enterprise, Non-discord people), the Email, Twitter and such options would be helpful.
