[Feature] Overhaul NodeSchool Munich site

I think it would be best if we completely overhaul the NodeSchool Munich site.

I would expect from a new site

• A better user experience (Facelifting)
• Getting Started section
• A section about "Why should I learn JS"
• A recommended learning curriculum
• A section about the team behind NodeSchool Munich
• Current/Past events
• Code of Conduct
• Sponsors and Partners
• Include Social Media accounts and Slack/Discord/Spectrum
• Additional online Content
• i18n (DE, EN, FR, ES)
• Offline Support (PWA)
• Dark Mode Support 😎
• Maybe "Support us/Donate" button???

Our current site is using gatsby now, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

I can come up with a design proposal if you want!
